Who is the holiday aimed at?
Whether you’re master of your DSLR or lover of your compact camera, we will help you progress to the next level. Tuition will be tailored to all levels of experience and combined with opportunities to take pictures in beautiful surroundings, you are sure to return home with great memories to add to your portfolio.
What equipment do I need to bring with me?
We recommend you bring the following:
- DSLR or compact digital camera with control over shutter speed and aperture
- Memory cards
- Spare battery and charger
- USB stick
- Your camera’s manual, if you have it
- Laptop, iPad if you have one with software for downloading and organising your images (e.g. Lightroom, Picasa) and basic editing software (if you don’t have photoshop, gimp is a free alternative). This is not essential however but IT facilities will be limited.
Can I have an individual tutorial?
We offer photo clinics to individuals to sign up for 1-1 sessions (please note these will be more informal in Morocco). These sessions can be used for any particular technical issue you may be having or for creative feedback on your work.
Can I bring a partner?
Partners are welcome to attend at a discounted rate (except in Morocco; please enquire for details). As well as joining the group for all meals, excursions etc, there is plenty to do during workshop times – swimming, walking, or simply having some time out with a good book!
I am on a special diet. Will that be OK?
Our caterers are accustomed to people who for medical or other reasons need a special diet, so please tell us your requirements and we will discuss your needs with them.
Are single rooms available?
Please refer to the individual course pages for details of single rooms offered.
If you have questions that have not been answered above, we would be happy to talk to you. Please get in touch, either by email [email protected] or phone (03333 444564).
