How to book

The booking process is as follows:

1) Reserve a place

To secure a booking, the completed booking form and a deposit of £275 per person must be received by us. This may be done in either of two ways:

Online booking form

Complete the online booking form and send your deposit to us via one of the payment methods detailed below. Places are released if the deposit is not received within seven days.

Paper booking form

Print out the paper booking form and post it to us together with a cheque made payable to Helicon Arts Limited.

2) Deposit payment

To secure a place, a deposit of £275 is payable per person. This can be arranged in any of the following ways:

Bank Transfer

Our bank details will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form. Please ensure that your name is clearly marked on the transaction for identification purposes. We also ask that you notify us when you have made the payment.


Please make cheques payable to ‘Helicon Arts Ltd’ and send by post to 13 Humbolt Road, London W6 8QH.

Credit Card

Secure credit card payments are provided by Stripe for all major cards.

Deposits are non-refundable apart from in exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of Helicon Arts Limited.

3) Booking Confirmation

After your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation of your place from us.

4) Balance payment

Full payment is required no later than eight weeks before the date of commencement of the course. Balance payments can be made by cheque or bank transfer. If you would like to use an alternative method of payment, please contact us.

5) Final details

Approximately 2-3 weeks before departure, all particpants receive a final details letter giving information about what to bring, the location of the coach pickup etc.
