The booking process is as follows:

To secure a booking, the completed booking form and a deposit of £275 per person must be received by us. This may be done in either of two ways:

Our bank details will be sent to you on receipt of your booking form. Please ensure that your name is clearly marked on the transaction for identification purposes. We also ask that you notify us when you have made the payment.
Please make cheques payable to 'Helicon Arts Ltd' and send by post to 13 Humbolt Road, London W6 8QH.
Secure credit card payments are provided by Stripe.
Deposits are non-refundable apart from in exceptional circumstances which will be at the discretion of Helicon Arts Limited.
3) Booking Confirmation
After your deposit is received you will receive a confirmation of your place from us.
4) Balance payment
Full payment is required no later than eight weeks before the date of commencement of the course. Balance payments can be made by bank transfer; we also accept payments in other currencies (USD/EUR and others), please ask for details.
5) Final details
Approximately 2-3 weeks before departure, all participants receive a final details letter giving information about what to bring, the location of the coach pickup etc.
