Your Financial Protection

For holidays booked after 15 January 2021

In accordance with Passenger protection policy for insolvency cover in respect of the Package Travel & Linked Travel Regulations 2018 all passengers booking with Helicon Arts Limited are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us, including repatriation costs, arising from cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Helicon Arts Limited.

There is no requirement for Financial Protection of day trips, and none is provided.

Consumer aware: Your booking is insured by IPP Ltd and its panel of insurers. This insurance is only valid for passengers who book and pay directly with/to Helicon Arts Limited. If you have booked and/or paid direct to a Travel Agent for a holiday with Helicon Arts please request proof of how the booking is secured as this will not be covered by IPP Ltd in this instance.

For holidays booked prior to 15/1/2021:

If your original holiday booking was made and deposit paid before 15/1/2021 and you have since deferred your trip due to Covid cancellation, financial failure cover is provided by Towergate Travel through Zurich Insurance PLC as detailed on your original booking confirmation.
