Guitar Holidays

Our residential guitar holidays combine expert tuition with the chance to enjoy beautiful and historic surroundings. Past courses have been led by distinguished guitarists Bridget Mermikides, Vincent Lindsey-Clark and Amanda Cook.

Courses include a mixture of small-group teaching, individual lessons, masterclasses and ensemble coaching. Sessions cover technique, repertoire, sight-reading and effective practice, with tuition tailored to each player’s experience and interests. The week usually culminates in an informal performance at a local venue.

Excursions are arranged around the musical programme, with opportunities to explore historic towns, local culture and the surrounding area – or simply relax by the pool.

Our carefully chosen venues offer comfortable accommodation and excellent food. Most meals, airport transfers and transport during the course are included.
